 
Alegra Day Spa & Salon request that you please turn your cell phone ringer off when entering the building, out of respect for all guest and staff. If someone is accompanying you to your appointment, please understand that all guests must remain in the waiting area so that our staff can focus on you! Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to prepare for your service. Latecomers will be charged the full service price for shortened treatments Alegra Day Spa & Salon requires a 24 hour cancellation notice prior to any service you have scheduled. Appointments not cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or no-shows will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service. If using a gift card 50% of the service will be deducted from your gift card. Spa packages require 5 days cancellation notice. A credit card number will be needed to book the package. Your card will not be charged until after your service is complete. Alegra Day Spa & Salon provides robes, gowns and slipper for your use in the spa. Lockers are provided in the spa, for storage of your personal items. Please leave all valuables at home. Alegra Day Spa & Salon will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend that you reserve your next appointment time prior to leaving the Spa and Salon so that you are guaranteed the ideal date and time that best fits your schedule. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and debit cards. We do not accept checks. Gift cards make the perfect gift and may be purchased by telephone, fax or in person. Gift cards are not refundable. Alegra Day Spa & Salon does not accept returns or refunds on products. Hair care products and skin care products purchased for home use are guaranteed and will be gladly exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Our chemical services are guaranteed only when professional products purchased from Alegra Day Spa & Salon are used on your hair for home use. Please let us know within 10 days if you are not completely satisfied. Please let your staff member know if you are currently taking any medications. Some medications may alter the effects of chemical services or may not be recommended with certain treatments. Children are welcome at Alegra Day Spa & Salon if they are receiving a service and accompanied by an adult. Children must be 12 years old to receive a facial, massage, waxing, manicure or pedicure and must have parent consent. Please remember our guest are relaxing in a quite soothing environment. Our services do not include gratuity, however, they are greatly appreciated and can be added to any salon or spa service upon checking out at the front desk. |
